Jun 26, 2014 · Anyone else have this problem? The HVAC vents above my radio no longer tilt up and down. The one on the right only the 2 lower vents move but the rest dont. The one on the left closest to the driver only 1 moves. Looks like a little clip that helps all the vents move up and down has fallen loose. Feb 21, 2020 · The Uconnect infotainment radio system in my 2016 500e is in a continuous reboot cycle. I timed it and it is almost exactly every 3 minutes that the radio will turn off, screen go completely black for a few seconds, then the Fiat logo come on, and the radio eventually comes on and resumes where it left off. 3 minutes later, it will happen again 500X. miles. Since August 2019, the 2016 Fiat 500X has been in for electrical issues. In August 2019 a radio was replaced, the next moth a computer module was replaced, subsequently since October 8 2019, there have been three batteries installed. It is not a safe vehicle, it continues to leave me stranded. First, you can visually inspect your 500’s radio fuse. There’s a wire between the two prongs. If the connecting filament is damaged, power can’t reach the head unit, and the fuse needs to be replaced. A better way to verify a fuse is functioning is to use a test light. I've seen a cable on eBay that connect to the back of the head unit (I'll post a link in a couple of posts when I'm through the 5 post Here's my guide for fellow FIAT drivers: Plug in your device, click main Blu&Me button on the steering wheel, select Media Player with buttons behind and look what it says.
